Smoothies for  Great Autoimmune for great Health

Autoimmunity is a broad word that includes many conditions with various symptoms. With my own

autoimmune/thyroid symptoms I became dedicated to healing my body with more clean foods and

herbal remedies. Prescription medication never agreed with me so I took it upon myself to find simple

and effective ways to improve my thyroid health.

I’ve searched long and hard for simple delicious smoothies that not only taste great but improve

digestion, mood, energy and skin. As a young adult I had countless health issues, such as digestive

problems and hormonal imbalances. I was very confused about where to go for help.

Your autoimmune health matters most, since your body shouldn't be attacking itself. I encourage you to

take the first step today to empowering yourself to by creating a healthier life. Making simple and

affordable smoothies daily can change your life dramatically!

Smoothies are definitely a good way to stave off daily sugar cravings. Though it may seem that making

a daily smoothie might sound too simple to actually make a health difference, just try it and watch how

the drastic changes make you feel! I challenge you to make a smoothie a day for fourteen days!

Once you start your challenge it will be hard to give it up. Your sleep will improve, easy weight loss will

occur and your energy fluctuations will lessen.

Green Madness

1 cup water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk

1 banana, frozen, sliced into small chunks

½ avocado

Handful of parsley

1 cup kale or baby spinach

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Stevia, to taste

½ teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Berry Blast

1 ½ cups water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk

½ cup berries, fresh or frozen

1 cup spinach

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 teaspoon ginger root

Immune Boost

1 ½ cups water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk

1 cup kale

½ cup parsley

½ red pepper

1 tablespoon ginger root

5 drops stevia or 1 teaspoon honey
