Try these 10 simple health tips to address your common maladies:
1. Did you know that Oolong tea contains large amounts of polyphenols? Polyphenols are excellent antioxidants that neutralize free radicals. Research suggests that people suffering from mild skin conditions such as eczema who drink Oolong tea at least three times a day can improve symptoms their skin condition.
2. Detoxify your liver by drinking at least 8-10 glasses of filtered water daily. Herbs such as Goldenseal root and Oregon grape root can also enhance detoxification of the liver.
3. Applying aromatherapy essential oils (Lavender, peppermint oil and white flower oil) to the temples will relieve mild headaches. Yes, really!
